Adirée Public Relations: Spotlight on Nadir Tati

Africa Fashion Week designer, Nadir Tati, shows off her political prowess on and off the runway. She has already began to make a name for herself by winning the Best Designer of the Year Award in 2010 from Moda Luanda, and is not stopping there. Her fashion makes an almost political statement with a collection called "The Power of Africa," which represents the contemporary African woman in the modern world. This is a common theme in the Angolan designer's life being that the developing country she calls her home has experienced a recent economic boom and plans to form their own Stock Exchange in the near future. We can see that she clearly draws her inspiration from Angolan culture and people since her designs are truly powerful and will surely turn heads this July.
